Governor Jim Justice signed Senate Bill 466 on Saturday, March 2nd, using Safe Surfin’ Foundation’s Cyber S.W.A.T. format. This bill makes internet safety education mandatory for grades 3-12, effective the 2025- 2026 school year. SSF is extremely pleased to be a part of this groundbreaking moment promoting peer-to- peer education on all aspects of internet safety.
